Rashid Al Zaidy

Rashid Al Zaidy graduated from the Faculty of Law, Sultan Qaboos University in 2007 with LLB in Law. In May 2022, he has been granted a license to represent litigants before the Supreme Court in Oman. After doing his pupilage and working for a local law firm to aquire his experience, Rashid joined Hamad Al Sharji, Peter Mansour & Co. Law Firm in 2009. His work involves advising clients on various aspects of Oman law and also to represent litigants in criminal, civil, commercial, labour and administrative cases. He has gained first-hand knowledge and experience of Oman arbitration law and has represented local and overseas clients in commercial as well as construction disputes throughout his professional career.
