Maitha graduated from the Faculty of Law, Sultan Qaboos University in 2014, and in 2018 she obtained a Professional Diploma in Nottingham Trent University- UK.
Upon graduation, Maitha joined Hamad Al Sharji, Peter Mansour & Co (HP) to do her pupilage and thereafter became an advocate and still continues in this position to date at HP. Maitha is now admitted as a lawyer before the Court of Appeal in Oman.
Maitha has gained extensive experience in corporate work as well as in winding up and liquidation of companies. For the last few years, Maitha has devoted most of her time in litigation work representing clients before all courts in several litigations including commercial, civil and criminal prosecution cases.
Maitha’s work now extends to the Court of Appeal in Oman. Besides litigation, Maitha tenders legal opinions and advice to clients on various aspects of the law as well as drafting agreements and corporate documents.
