Foreign Investment

Investors seeking to establish business in Oman must consider their legal options and make full use of the incentives that are now offered to the private sector in various fields in the light of recent legislation in Oman in particular the new law on Foreign Capital Investment promulgated in Royal Decree No: 102/1994.

We are able to advice on all aspects relating to this matter and to join in the negotiations with the parties leading to consensus amongst them to incorporate an entity in Oman through which the business and investment objectives can be realized.

Our extensive experience in this field will enable foreign investors to secure their interest through a web of strong commercial agreements, company registration documents, memoranda, know-how, trade marks and management contracts which are crucial to the success of any business venture.

We also undertake obtaining all necessary approvals from the concerned Governmental Departments and do register companies at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry for both individual and legal entity shareholders. We also submit and follow up applications for government subsidized loans to the concerned Ministerial Departments and lending banks
