Amer graduated from the Faculty of Law, Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) in 2004. While studying at SQU, he attended training periods in various legal fields, such as courts, Public Prosecution and Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He was a brilliant student at SQU and the team leader of Legal Awareness Group. Several conferences and forums were held during his leadership, such as Human Trafficking Conference, Insurance Conference … etc.
In 2009, Amer joined Rashid Al Araimi Advocates and Legal Consultants as Trainee Lawyer. Immediately thereafter, he received a good offer from Al Alawi & Co. Law Firm, which is one of the biggest law firms working in Oman that was established in 1982. He acquired considerable expertise in the field of Law and handled a large number of cases in different fields, especially those relating to commercial companies and Commercial Law.
In year 2013, Amer moved to Hamad Al Sharji, Peter Mansour & Co. (HP) out of his desire to diversify his sources of experience, carrying with him the good experience and excellent way of dealing with clients as well as the distinguished relationships he built in the business society and with public establishments in Oman. In HP, several business transactions and company affairs were entrusted to him. In addition, he actively participated in many other criminal and civil cases.
He made gradual progress in acquiring his experiences. Amer is now registered as a Court of Appeal lawyer.
